With up to 1.5 GB/min data transfer rates, the Velocity
Series is the fastest desktop backup and disaster recovery
solution available. The Velocity Series Backup System is based
on the Serial ATA interface which provides speeds more than
three times faster than USB2.0 or FireWire.
Bootability
The integration of BounceBack® Professional and the Serial
ATA industry standard provide a directly bootable device for Windows 2000/XP. In the event of a hard
drive failure the Velocity Series Backup System automatically
becomes the boot drive. You can even protect against OS corruption
by selecting the Velocity Series Backup System as the boot
device in your systems setup.
Easy to Use
You don't need to know the ins and out of computers to use
the Velocity Series. Installation is a snap with very little
time spent inside the computer. With software features like
automatic backup and scheduling, the Velocity Series requires
virtually no user intervention. Restoring files is simple with
BounceBack® Professional's QuickRestore™ module or, because all
data is backed up in a native file format, you can drag and
drop the files.
