CMS accepts all product registrations via our web site.
To Register a CMS Product go to the Registration page on our web site.

Create an account using your email address as your login ID. |

Enter your contact information. This information will be used to maintain contact with you in the event you require technical support. Contact information is used only for internal purposes and is never released to a 3rd party without your prior consent. |

Enter the details about your product. You will need to choose your model and provide your serial number and purchase date. |

| I have a Smartdisk product, where do I register it? |

CMS bundles our Bounceback Express software on some Smartdisk products, to register your SmartDisk product go to the SmartDisk web site to register your hard drive. If you would like to register your Bounceback Express software with CMS, please register here.
If you have registered with CMS on a prior occasion and try to register using the same email address, you will see a notice informing you that your email address is already in the database. In this case, you would do the following:
1) Login using the email address and password you used previously, if you can not remember the password, choose the Forgot Password link and we will send your login information to you via email. We will also show you on-screen the Password Hint you had originally chosen in case you are having trouble recieving password reminders.
2) Once you have determined your correct registration login information, go to the registration page and login.
3) If you are registering additional products or installing a software update, choose Add Another Product from the registration menu and select the product you wish to append to your registration profile.

Product Registration and the CMS Online Store do not share the same login, therefore, you should use the appropriate account access for each of these areas of our web site. Also, when registering or ordering, it is important to ensure you have enabled cookies in your web browser.
