BB Ultimate 11 takes ten hours to update a system backup

As you see it thinks it took 2:26 (2 min 26 sec?).  Most of the time is spent "analyzing source data"  whatever that means.  It had been working quite well.  Here is the log:

1. Did you create two backup sets for each data partition (C:\ and S:\) or did you include both drives on a single backup set?

2. Is the backup device a locally attached drive or a network attached storage drive.

3. Is the S:\ drive a local drive or a network storage drive / share?
